Executive Pools is Corporate Alliance’s most effective program for creating and maintaining executive level relationships. Business leaders involved in this exclusive program learn how to maximize the power of their relationships, and as a result become exponentially more successful. The Executive Pools membership includes two Relationship Summits and six Development Sessions.

Relationship Summit^®: Twice a year, Executive Pool members exit their fast-paced businesses and commit forty-eight hours to building new relationships. During each Relationship Summit, business leaders are encouraged to disconnect from the office and focus on building meaningful connections with the other executives in attendance.

Each Executive Pools Retreat is held at a luxurious resort with premium accommodations and fine dining. These unique events serve as the perfect reminder that ultimately it’s relationships that determine whether a business will succeed or fail.

Development Sessions: Every other month Executive Pool members attend a two-hour Development Session. At each session, the Executive Pool member is assigned to a different team of six executives as they work to help each other find solutions to their most challenging issues.

Executive Pool members come ready to discuss their challenges in detail and prepared to receive advice and resources from their team. Development Sessions are early morning events that include breakfast.

Executive Pools Members must either own their business or be an executive level officer to participate.
